Ripoff bad car horrible people to work with

I bought a 2001 Toyota Celica, put $2,500 down, & got 5 year financing for $355/month. This alone, I think, is a total ripoff, however I wish it had stopped there.

2 1/2 weeks after I bought the car I went to go to work and it wouldn't start. The battery was dead. I took it to Lute Riley and to also address that the rear brakes squealed very loud and there was a strange noise coming from the engine in lower gears. The wouldn't replace any of the problems even though it had only been 2 1/2 weeks since I got it.

I took it to Sears to replace the battery and they said that Lute Riley should never have sold it to me with the tires in the condition they were (they were split down the middle.) And that the car appeared to have been wrecked, something Lute Riley failed to mention.

I was told that the car had been put through an extensive inspection & that it was a "Honda Certified Car" but if that is the case, one would think that tires, batteries, & brakes would be included in that inspection. I now have to replace the rear brakes, get 4 new tires, and probably have something done to the engine for the weird noise (AND IT'S ONLY BEEN 2 1/2 WEEKS!)

The sales people & managers have been nothing but unhelpful, inconsiderate, and rude the whole time. They won't return my phone calls, not even one of them.
