Ripoff

I receieved a letter stating my husband was pre-appoved to receive a Platinum Card Membership from Union Workers Credit Services up to 10,000 dollars credit limit. It also said not to worry if you have been denied a visa or master card in the future. They also said we were guaranteed pre-approval of 10,000 credit limit valid exclusively toward all credit purchases from credit provider. We sent 37.00 dollars and heard nothing for a month in a half so I looked into this and found out it was a scam and I right away cancelled my check and wanted to file a complaint.
