I called First Automotive to have repairs done to my 2004 Ford Taurus SE and they claim my contract is expired due to the fact we bought it as a new vehicle. The contract clearly stated that the car was a used vehicle with 12,629 miles on it.
They claim that the milage would go back to zero miles but the car was NOT new but USED.
They say that all the info is marked under new vehicle but the comprehensive under used vehicles is clearly marked making the contract valid.
I want them to honor their 6 yr/100,000 mile warranty and they are plainly refusing. I am STILL fightinig this issue.
