It started when i went in for an oil change and they told me i needed some expensive brake work done two weeks after i had basically total brake replacement pads, calipers, and rotors i told them not to do the work that
I would take it to the people who did the brakes because it was under warranty with them, then they called back to ask if they could clean the brakes. I thought that was probably an honest mistake then today i took my car there to have a tire replaced, i had the tires put on one year ago and they cost 59.95 each at another shop, when i called them they said the tire would be 104.00 when i questioned then they said they would not charge for mounting and balancing then they called to tell me the tires needed balancing and a front end alignment i declined and they called back within five minutes this person identified himself as the mechanic that was working on the car and said he would drop his normal fee and do the additional work for about half the first price quoted.
I own a construction company so i deal with people every day and in my oppinion this place is a big rip-off
