Had overheating problem. Wanted to charge me $500.00 to $1000.00 for tear down just to see if that was the problem. (not going to happen)

I bought a 97 gmc jimmy. Had a overheating problem from day one. Took it back 3 times. The third time the mechanic says it is either a cracked head or bad head gasket. The dealer is trying to do everything they can to help me, but the illustrious souls at wynns, aka. Www.phoenixamerican.com. Are telling me that i have to pay for the dealer to do a tear down (b.S.). I spent $2000.00 on this garbage warranty. Does anyone has any suggestions!!! I feel a lawsuit coming on!!! Again!!!
