Ian Morrison signed a liability waiver with Dollar Rental System, Inc, (Tulsa, Oklahoma), Oct 1 to rent a car for one week.
His waiver relieved Dollar Rental Systems of all liability for his one week in Florida (Tampa Airport) They billed him an additional $25 per day AFTER he signed the waiver soley because he is 24 and 1/2 years old.
IF a rental business is not at risk, why should one group of drivers pay extra risk? The worst accidents are caused by drunk drivers and drug users but car rentals do not survey drunk drivers or drug users...
I consider this more than badbusiness; to collect money for risk not taken. It is unfair business...
