Market Place Garage. A place where my car was housed for 2 weeks whilst the bumbling foreign untrained mechanics could not diagnose a fault with my vehicle. Taken there by the RAC with an immobilser malfunction, I asked this garage who fitted the immobiliser to remove it, this took 1 week to do but my car still would not start.
Be Careful because if you complain to them about their lack of customer care they will literally dump your vehicle bits and all on Bury New Road and let you sort it out.
The next week was a week of fiddling under the bonnet (when I called) to check up on the vehicle and low and behold!!! Two days later they found a fault and it would cost 400 to fix, but they dont have any parts and it would take a week to get them.
After a few more days of their customer care and no phone calls i contacted them again and they literally shrugged their shoulders and stated they dont know what to do.
I think its as bad as going to a restaurant for a meal only to be advised that the chef does not know how to cook.
Another case of cash in hand, no questions asked, i would love to go through their books to see NI contributions and taxes paid. Market Place Garage should be renamed to Place because thats all it is.
