Rena told us that you invested money in remodeling the apartment and that is why we had to pay $200 dollars more that the other tenants. She never remodeled anything, the tenants that lived there before were handy men and remodeled the place themselves. She also said the place was safe. She also assured us that the apartment came with its very own garage. After living there the walls were thin, there was no garage she wanted to charge us extra to rent half/share the garage! The place was loud and in the garage area there were always drunks and beer bottles all over the place. This place is not safe at all. The garages she rents to people who dont even live there! Who knows that they are doing back there and I think the city is going to inspect the place to make sure nothing illegal is going on there. We left the place in excellent condition and she never returned our security deposit. I complained about the noise and party music that was on all day and night and she responded with people like music.in short this lady is a scammer and will take every cent you have. Do not rent her properties.
