Santander Consumer, Auto tried to incorrectly repo a car, similar to another complaint

I too had made a payment arrangement with the company and it was not supposed to be repossessed. When the towing company showed up to collect the car, I called and the representative admitted a HUGE error was made and the repo should not have happened. I kept the car. They charged me a 300 dollar repo fee that shouldn't have happened and are trying to do that again, and the interest rates are usurious.
