Regal car sales & credit is the big joke. I went there thinking that they would do me right. I trade in my car (which the only thing wrong was the ac don't work) for a car that had ac so my wife wouldn't burn up (she was pregant at the time). We thought that we had done good, we were wrong. The first thing that happen we smelled gas, we didn't know what was going on. Then the check service light came on. So we took it up to them and they said to take it to auto zone. They said that it could be number of things. So the guy said that it could be the gas cap. We got that fixed so we thought, the light came back on. Then the track off light came on and didn't go off like it should. Told them about it when i went to pay and they told me that the tires need air, told them that i put air in them and they told me that i didn't know what i was talking about. I took the car to my mechanic and found out that it was a sensor that was duck taped. Now there is a soud coming from the alternator, called them about it and they said to bring it in. When i got there the mechanic said on it sounds like the alternator bearing which the warranty covers. Then i told him about the gas smell and he told me oh i can tell you why that's happen the E-vac. System isn't working (it's send the gas fumes out of the car). As i sat and waited there mechanic came in and had some guy go into where the car is. Then he comes back and tells me that is't the belt which it isn't covered on the warranty. But as soon as i get another car they can have the broke a* car back.
