Matt McDermott Charged over 25k to repair Corvette, cracks in body painted over, two different size tires put on, consideral damage done while in their possesion morel

Brought my car in for estimate, given an $11k estimate but 2 weeks later (after insurance agreed to cover) cost more than doubled (Bureau of Automotive Repair investigated and cited).

My car in their possession for 2 months, had to bring car back to fix repairs that were supposed to already have been fixed (Crown has no record of additional 2 months in their possession, Bureau of Automotive Repair investigated and cited).

Considerable damage done to car while in their possession (i.E., convertible top cut, console broke while removing carpet cost to fix $800). Carpet hooks, vent covers not reinstalled.

Cracks in body that weren't fixed just painted over, causing body of car to not align correctly.

Paid for replacement of two tires, new tires put on car were two different sizes (causing considerable wear/tear on correct tires). I drove with three different size tires for 6 months. After discovering and bringing to their attention at first they tried to deny but finally admitted error and agreed to replace. Tried to weasel out of paying for car to be realigned because they felt it wasn't necessary.

After having to bring car back in due to major water leaks (over 5 times) I was told I'd just have to live with it (car never leaked previously, now floorboard would fill with sitting water).

At my own expense, I took my car to a Corvette specialist who broke car down and did an extensive inspection of quality of work and state car is currently in. Recv'd estimate of over $12,000 of additional work that needs to be done to fix damage done by the accident and their poor workmanship. The estimate given will go up, due to the fact that he couldn't go any further without actually fixing the car.

I was treated as though I was inconveniencing them, and told they just wanted me to 'go away'. After they were contacted and cited by the Bureau of Automotive Repair they refused to continue working on my car and stated they had gone above and beyond to satisfy me and now they were washing their hands of me.
