Jonathon Campbell has ripped me off and has filed a boguscomplaint against me and my company on this site. Be aware when dealing with Jonathon Campbelland RJ Performance or Jodi Walsh as all you will end up doing is becomingentangled in his diesel engine ponzi scheme! Do not be fooled by his mild manners and professionalism. All he is is a con artist. Below is what happened to me and if yousearch his name in this site you will see that unfortunately this is his trademarksting and he continues to run it on unsuspecting victims.

Jonathon Campbell actually files a rebuttal stating that oneof the reports against him... This Has Got to be a fakereport PLEASE! This is more than a trend and pattern for Jonathon Campbell, thisis the way he lives his life cheating and lying his way into his next victim forhis engine ponzi scheme.

Furthermore, the Canadian Better Business Bureau gives RJ Performance a flat out F rating for numerous complaints against them look for yourselfhere:

Our company has in 2 separate occasions dealt with JonathanCampbell and RJ Performance to buy engines from them. Both times, we providedserial numbers to the engines we needed so that there would be no mix up as tothe exact engine we needed. Both times he assured us that he had the correctengine ready to ship and -you guessed it - both times we received the incorrectengine.in addition to the engines being the wrong ones, the engines wherealways late - by weeks - even though they kept providing us with various billsof ladings.

To specifically address the incident they reported against me on this site after providing the engine serial # toJonathon Campbell / RJ Performance at www.rj-performace. Comand receiving a price and agreeing to it, IESC DIESEL purchased the engine from them. It was supposed to ship on July 6thto our clients shop in Colorado. Almosta month later the engine shows up butit was the incorrect engine. When wespoke to him about it he said that he would send us the correct engine but thatit was more money (go figure). Reluctantly we complied and sent him thefunds. Jonathon Campbell sent us atracking # on August 21st for the correct engine but when we calledthe freight company to track it they said that the tracking # did not exist. We go back and forth (see the chain ofemails below) and half way through October with still nothing we decide tocancel the order and notify Jonathon Campbell and RJ Performance that we wantour money back. Upon hearing this, hesaid that we needed to send him the incorrect engine so that he would inspect it and if it wasok" then he would send us our money back. We said "no" and told him to sendus the money back and we would send him the engine he said no and we finallyagreed for Jonathon Campbell and RJ Performance to send us 1/2 the money viawire and we would send him the engine and then upon his inspection. After a couple of weeks of Jonathon Campbellstalling on this and saying that Ryan needed to make that decision wefinally received the money into our account.in addition, we also received a bill of lading of where he was shippingthe engine to and guess what? It wasnot going to him it was going to another one of his customers.By now not only are we upset but dont trusthim at all so I call Jonathon Campbell and RJ Performance and ask them If youare going to inspect the engine before we get other of our money, then how come you aresending it to someplace else? And how will you inspect the engine? And by whenwill we get our other of the money? Jonathon Campbell and RJ Performancesimply stated that he was sending pictures to his customerAt this point we decided we had had enough with JonathonCampbell and RJ Performance and that when we received the money, we wouldbring the engine to Miami cut our losses and try to sell it and recoup ourmoney Afterall, where we supposed totake someone elses word that the engine was complete? What if they said thatit wasnt? Then we would be out of our money and the engine We made the decision and also called his customer Mr. Hank Brueggen, owner of TurboDiesel of Oklahoma 405-495-5656 (who was expecting the engine we had inColorado and whose name we got off the bill of lading that Jonathon Campbellhad provided to us) and told him to be careful when dealing with JonathonCampell and RJ Performance unfortunately we were too late. Mrx Brueggen told us that he had already gonethrough the same hoops we did with Jonathon Campbell and RJ Performace youknow getting multiple bogus bills of ladings, incorrect engine send moremoney for the correct one and he was oneyear into this! Unfortunately, we weretoo late to help him, but at least you are now empowered to not fall victim tothe Canadian company RJ Performance and Jonathon Campell. Oh. And when Iasked Mr. Brueggen if he had received pictures guess what he told me? Whatpictures? Again big surprise.

At this point I dont want to talk to Jonathon Campbell RJPerformance and I arrange my own transport to get the engine to Miami. As the engine is in transit, I get a callfrom our forwarder and they ask me if there is a Paige Jarvie that workshere? I said no and they told me that aPaige Jarvie had called them and told them that she worked for IESC DIESEL andthat we now needed to re-route the engine to someplace else. Yep, you guessedit! Paige Jarvie works for JonathonCampbell RJ Performance. They had lookedup our freight on freightquote.com, she pretended to be our employee andactually tried to have the engine go to Mr. Brueggen (who has been waiting forover a year). So that is my side of ourstory with Jonathon Campbell and RJ Performace and below you will find thechain of emails to prove it. As I wrotethis, I personally called Mr. Brueggen from Turbo Diesel of Oklahoma to ask himif I could use his name and he said of course as he described Jonathon Campbelland RJ Performance with colorful metaphors and he went on to say that if youwanted to hear his story you could call him at 405-495-5656.
Had we done our research before dealing with JonathonCampbell and RJ Performance, we would have found this link and probably wewould not have dealt with him and his company. As the age old saying goes ifits too good to be true, then it probably is and that is certainly true withJonathon Campbell, Paige Jarvie and RJ Performace from Calgary Canada.

Its even worse when you want a refund because he wont give you a refund, he just keeps your money and gives a credit for future purchase.

There is an engine, and I have sold several of these engines from this vendor. He purchased a large cancelled contract from Cummins that was to be for PACCAR. The contract was never paid for by PACCAR so Cummins sold the engines to him. Iapologize for the delays from this Vendor, and I have escalated this to mylawyer who is attempting to contact both this vendor and the attorney generalto get our product that is paid for shipped.
