The company rebuilt my transmission 3 months ago. Cost to me was $2,750 which I paid. Ive had issues with it not going in gear after the work was done. I brought it back. They had the vehicle for 4 days for a job that they said takes one hour. They literally did not work on the truck until the 4th day when I went over in person and made it clear I want the truck done, and I waited while they completed it. A week or so later, same problem again. Not going in gear sometimes. Making loud bangs. I called, they said call in a week or so. I did. I called tues. When I call they say call back friday or call back monday. This has been going on over a month. They never call when they say they will. I wrote a letter saying I feel they are giving me the run around and im not important now that they have my money. They have not even responded to that letter. Im tired of calling them. Im tired of them not calling me. I feel Im bothering them when I call. 3 months after the initial repair and the work and transmission is still incomplete.
Im tired of this bs. Getting the run around. They got my money and now could care less about me or the transmission.
Avoid this company. You will be GLAD you did.
