Tack on "polish agreement on the contract with my knowledge" i did ask for it or was it discussed with me when i was signing up for the car. I have tried to contact general manager 4 times no respons

I was sold without my knowledge a car polish contract when i purchased a new GM car. The price of this car polish contract was $395. My car was not polished nor do I want it polished by these cooks. I have attempted to contact the GM serveral times with no response back. I wished I have never purchased my GM car from this company The entire experience dealing with company was very poor. Dealers like Midway makes honest dealers look bad.
