On 6/10 I ordered a boat load of parts from these idiots to try to restore my s10 blazer. After 2 weeks went by I finally called on 6/27 and was told the parts would either go out tonight or Monday. So I waited another 2 weeks and called again.
I was told that 2 of the parts were on back order. After returning to this site and seeing the increase in complaints. Sent an email to cancel my order. When I got home that evening there were 2 messages say they would ship Monday that the parts I ordered were in. I called back and said I wanted to cancel my order and was put on indefinite hold.
Called again and said that I wanted to cancel my order and was hung up on. Called a third time and pretended to be performing a status check and told the lady I wanted to cancel my order. She said "I can't cancel it here! You have to do it through the website!" I sent an email and recieved a reply from Steve saying it was canceled. As of today 7/17 my credit card has not been credited.
Good thing I disputed the charges starting on 6/27. WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!!! (autopartsland.com and all their alias's).
