Merchant void of 75.00 and 20.00 appeard on c.C. Statement unknown reason

Re-charged credit card the 75.00 and 20.00 plus an additional 20.00 also appeared on statement - again unknown reason

February 20th
recieved ecu

Installed ecu and car wouldn't run. Thought there was another problem with the car.

Brought it to a repair shop called "the car shop"

They diagnosed the ecu was bad

March 11th - april 10th

Returned bad ecu next day mail. Sent along a letter clearly explaining the shop's diagnostic there number and address to send new one as well as my number.

Made attempts via phone and email to inquire about refund. Was told to expect a check

The car shop recieved the bad ecu back marked "unclaimed"

April 11th - 25th 2003
made attempts to inquire as to why ecu was sent back. The car shop made contact with mike martini and was told to send the ecu back again this time to a different address (different state) addressed " attention mike martini" and he would see that i recieved a new one.

Sent mike the ecu next day (on the 25th)

May current
attempted to contact company regarding my ecu. Left many messages and sent emails. (at this point i knew that i was fighting to get what i paid for and i saved almost every email i sent them).

On the few times i was able to get a person by phone i explained the situaltion and was told they would find out what was going on and call me back. I never got called back.

At one point we were told the ecu had been recieved and was being sent to the wharehouse (back to the original address) to be repaired and we would see it in a week.

At the end of the month when i was able to get mike on the phone again i stated i just wanted my money back. I was informed that the ecu i had sent them had been tampered with. They went on to say that the warrenty sel sticker that was on it had been sliced, the ecu was opened and even tried to say that someone had tried to remove a chip from the ecu. They went on to say that it was a profeesional job (only one in 2000 shop could do it) and gave us the number of the guy at the wharehouse claiming this.

I gave that number for the car shop to call and confront this guy. I picked up that ecu from the shop and brought it to the post office to be mailed. Without a doubt the seal was intact when i sent that package, i specifically recall looking due to the fact they had dates write on the sticker and i noticed they had 2 different dates.

The car shop had marked the ecu when he had it, he attempted to call confront this ecu specialist and ask for the return of the bad ecu. The number had been disconnected.

Also sometime during may when i called the started answering the phone "supply club.com" i looked this up on the internet (i found this company online) i found this company now sold printer accesories (ink, paper, ect) instead of car "brains". The web site had the exact same design and was also sponsered by yahoo shopping. (whom i have tried to inform about this crooked little company).

I have tried to find this company or anything about them online, through the b.B.B. Yellow pages, reverse directory, any and all search options i could think of. I came up with nothing. Not a thing.
