Received flyer in mail stating I had won a prize. Said you could win a car, the lowest $ amount prize was $100, no purchase necessary. I visited the store and told them I was there to claim prize. Sales person said, "do you have a job?" I said, "just here to claim prize." He had me fill a 'claims' form. I asked what I had won because the number on the card I received matched a winning number. He said, "oh, you won the 3 coins." The flyer stated the coins were worth $1000. The sales person stated the coins may be worth $1000. I said that sounds like a scam. I expected, minimum, $100. He said that was unprofessional and didn't even give the $3 in 'coins' I was entitled. I said, you don't have to like me, but you have to follow the rules. Sales person ripped me off between $100 and $1000 I was entitled to—didn't even give out minimum prize! Also, would not give out name when asked for this report.
Bottom line, this car dealership hires unprofessional sales staff who feel justified NOT following there own rules.
Don't buy a car here and DON'T fall for their 'prizes'!!!
