I'm composing this mail to protest concerning the bad support / therapy and sick conduct I've been subjected to by your flight.

I arranged via a travel broker a trip to Lahore, Pakistan from O'hare, Chicago (Unique Times: Starting - 14th April Appearance 16th April)

Unique Return Flight Details: Wed 21st April from Lahore, Pakistan to O'hare, Chicago IL

I arranged this trip to ensure that I really could attend my moms memorial as she'd died.

Although in Pakistan my spouse called me and informed me there have been problems in her maternity which she'd endured a miscarriage.

I Called my Journey Representative who organized for me personally to come back about the earliest trip feasible to ensure that I might be with my spouse and kids. He organized for me personally to return on Sunday 18th March trip Quantity EY 0242. He also recommended me that there will be a charge of $150 that could be compensated in money upon check in.

I reached Lahore, Pakistan Airport and proceeded to check on in with only hand-luggage.

I recommended him of my conditions but nonetheless he managed his position. Had I'd the $400 with me I'd have settled it, but when I just had $200 money on my individual. I told him to consider the cost from my card, he explained he couldn't do that. He questioned me to-go outside and obtain more money from who actually slipped me "after which perhaps he might solve the issue"

Consequently I missed my trip.

Problems to be resolved:

Why was the charge elevated from $150 to $400?

Exactly Why Is it that ETIHAD AIRWAYS workers couldn't begin a charge and stay glued to it?
