Rip-off, Scam, Discrimination, Dishonest people who sale BAD CARS

I purchased a vehicle from Oak Motors on 38th St. About two years ago. The entire time I had that vehicle the service engine light was on. I had the vehicle in their shop around 15 times for the same reason. The issue was a cylinder 3 mis-fire. Evertime they fixed the car it would take between one day to three months for it to act up again. It finally got to the point that no one knew what they were doing and I had to take it to a higher authority within the company. At that time (2wk. Period) my car was in the shop twice. I finally got through to someone that there was a major issue that was never going to get fixed. So they allowed me to trade in the car. At first they made it seem that they were doing a huge favor for me... And all the others they did this for by trading in the vehicle. There were major problems with the numbers when going through the financing part of the experience. They told me they were going to wipe out the old car note and some maintanence charges for the issues in fixing the vehicle. Well that did not happen when we sat down to close. They added the maintenance charges into my down payment. This is where the story gets good. When getting my car I expressed my concerns with the appearence of the vehicle. The car looked like it had not seen a clean look in a long time. I asked them "how do you expect me to pay 15,000 for a car that is dirty on the inside?" They responded by saying they don't use chemicals, but would send it to the back to get a wipe down. So two days later my service engine light came on and I was going through the glove box to get the book to my "New" car. I found papers that belonged to the "old" owner. This information had her address, phone number, social security number, and all the sales information on it. I was furious. Not only did I learn that they had me for almost 3,000 more than she bought the car for 6 months before, but I learned that I just got swindled. They made this deal seem as if they were doing me a big favor. Not only did I lose out on the money invested in my other car, but now I am out more money because I am paying more for this car that is having major problems after two days. I have had nothing but troubles with the cars I get from Oak Motors, and now I am upset that they jacked the price up on me but not the person before me. I called the other individual who had the car before me and she stated that she took the car back because it shook real bad and didn't want to start the next day. Did I mention that the salesman who sold me the car tried to cover up that issue. He started the car and it died on him, so he started it up again and pushed on the gas peddle to keep it started. He didn't think I was paying attention until I asked him about it. Now my car wont start unless I push the gas when I start it. I don't know what I am suppose to do. What legal ground I have... Or if I got stiffed and should just let it go?
