Failed to Provide Lien Release even after 2 months and multiple promises

First 1 Financial efficiently cashed the payoff check sent in early August. We did not receive a lien release and, 2 weeks later, began calling. We heard excuses that people had left and that theywould send it right out (repeatedly promised).

It is now mid October and more that 2 months have passed since that check cleared our bank. We are still waiting for the lien release (but no longer patiently). We will not do business with them again.
