On thursday october 8th at approximatly 1030 am i xaviera wilson and my daugter varnessa stephenson went into payless carsale to buy an automobile. We was helped with a salesperson jessie. We told him that we wanted to buy an automobile for a maximum of 3500 bucks. We showed us a 1990 olds cutless supreme we test forced and and was told the car was in good running situation. We aggreed to buy the vehicle and gave two thousand dollars via cc pmt. The pmt went threw at 1103am. My daughter was driving the vehicle home and about 20 units in the future the vehicle stop and wouldn't begin back up. I contact the dealership and informed jessie what happened and jessie transferred the phone call to pete who's the manager of work. Therefore jessie and another person fulfill us with another car and jessie attemptedto drive the vehicle back to the dealer however the car wouldn't generate for him both. He asked us if he wanted him to take us anywhere but we opted to return to the dealer with him to determine what they were gonna do with the vehicle. They consequently had people resting inside workplace all day long untill nearly 2000 hours. Then we was given a toyota corola to operate a vehicle home for the evening and was told they was gonna assit us in funding an automobile and we're able to started that process another day. We agreed and took the vehicle toyota house and returned another day. We was handed three cars to select from we were told the salesperson jessie what we required then we asked to check drive another vehicle and was told another story as though they actually was not attempting to switch the vehicle out. Etc friday night we drove the olds house and on saturday morning when my daughter was on her way to work the automobile stop on her again. I named pete and told him and he said he'd call me back and not did return our phone and lastly i told him that i had been bringing the vehicle back to him i expected him to get a return and he refused to give me one stating that we was stuck with a car that doesn't function. He also stated that's what happens when you get an automobile occasionally you receive one that doesnt work. He himself has driven the vehicle also it cut offon him aswell. All of the macanic has been doing was summary the cables they never set the vehicle and so they refused to work well with us by any means with this vehicle.
