Logan's Valley Motorcycle Your Ferengi in the Motorcycle Biz

It is almost imposable to describe the type of business done by this shop without using expletives.in short I encourage you to ask your fellow area motorcyclists if theyve ever dealt with this ethically malleable gent, or, simple take the other write ups on this site as gospel, and but the tip of the iceberg.
I once had the mechanics there install a set of sprockets and a chain that Id ordered from them (after waiting for a month for their parts department no, no, you cant have a refund, we ordered it its coming to get em in) I get the bike back and the chain, still slathered in packing grease is dragging on the swing arm and about to fall off the rear sprocket, when I take it back, (instantly and obviously a problem) and ask em to, maybe punch out a few links and, oh I dont know, maybe push the tire forward, they look at me like Im some sort of finicky tard and then try to charge me again.
Still, one lazy mechanic shouldnt mean the whole operation is shifty right? Wrong.
I bought a used bike from them, (my bad, s

Hould have asked aroundeh, I was young) I brought it back the next morning looking for a refund, as it was hitting on 3 out of four cylinders and flat out missing rather essential parts, they dodged, they avoided and evaded, they dicked around with fixing it, (returning it to me with oil blowing out of a seal so that after a two mile test run I poured a cup of oil out of my boot) Logan would never say no when I asked / demanded a refund (just in case I was recording) on the phone, in person, it was always let us fix it which they never could or did, his position seemed to be if you want your money back better get a good lawyer kid.
Anyway, like a said, just ask around, this guy is infamous. Word of mouth being as essential as it is, in the motorcycle industry, it makes me wonder how this gent stays in business must be all those scooters he sells to students, although I imagine none of them are return customers.
Ive been riding now 365 for over 25 years, and while there are many good motorcycle shops in the valley, this sure aint one of em.
