Lying to applicants who need a job, been giving the runaround about getting hired for jobs available

Well i have been applying for the job here as a service technician about four times in the past ten years and all i have been getting is a run around. I have gone in put in the application and have been told that i was going to work in their used car department which was fine with me as long as i got a job. Returning to their dealership and having interview after interview and reporting back an few days later i get this reply "I haven't talk to the guy yet, so come back later." So after a few more days I came back and was told this " Well we are working on making a spot for you just give us a little bit of time, and come back later." So again another few days later I went back and was told the same thing word for word, so i gave up. Saturday 9/12/09 I was looking through our local paper and saw the want ads and there they were again needing a service tech. So i emailed the service manager and told him about the run around i have been getting from his company and he was one of the ones that did this to me and here is me email to him:

"For the past several years I have put in application afterapplication, while at the same time waiting for a response from you andyour idea was to send me to the smart drive section of your dealershiphere is my resume and I will be in there monday morningto try this again and to personally hand you my resume. Now my questionis this, will I get the same run-a-round as I have the past four timesthat I have applied there? At least I am will to apply four times sothat must mean i am willing to work and do what i can to keep the joband must mean i have some integrity and commitment to the work place. So here is my resume and I will be there at 8:00 am monday morningto discuss this with you so will i get hired monday morning or do ineed to be more aggressive about wanting to work there or what will bethe alternative? The alternative is a good hard working employee (as inme) working for you, who will work the hours provided there is workthere. I think you may remember me as many times as I have been in thereto apply. I think it is my turn to not get a run-a-around this time. Your the one that put in the advertisement in the Southwest Times Recordso this time you must need someone to work for you, so is this for realthis time? You must be if you put an ad in the paper needing someone. So I implore you save the run-a-round for the next guy not me. Thankyou" I included my resume, and after ten years and the fourth time applying to get this job this is really frustrating to me or anyone who has applied to a job four times. Especially with the economy the way it is and people looking for jobs in this state as it is with 70,000 people trying to get unemployment myself included. This was an interesting response from him he sent by email "First, I never give anybody the "run-around". As Service Manager Ihire people that I think will benefit this company. One of the keythings I look at when someone comes to me looking for a job is theirlevel of respect that they show to a future employer. Your resumelooked ok but your e-mail content was very disrespectful. Why do youthink that I would hire someone who repeatedly informed me that I wasgiving them the "run-around"? You have taken yourself out of anyconsideration for employment now or in the future. I would suggest thatas you are looking for employment you maintain a high level of respectto a potential employer. I know with the job market the way it is jobsare pretty hard to find right now, however with your work history youshould be able to find something fairly quickly. I wish you the best of luck, Service ManagerPutnam Lincoln Mercury" And I was the one being disrespectful? Give me a break who was being "disrespectful" the last times I came in and filled out an application for employment. How is it that i was looking for a job weather i needed one or not and they do this to a potential employee. Would anyone tell me if they came and filled an application there 3 times only to get the same treatment every time, why would you even try a fourth time even with a resume, and just voicing concerns about the last times that happened before. They can save their run arounds for their customers and maybe they will stay in business. At least he told me "best of luck" well maybe he needs the best of luck now after this gets out. So if anyone is looking for a job here or service maybe should look somewhere else. There are other automotive dealerships and there are other shops that would treat people that deserve better treatment than this, because we are all better than this company.
