I ordered a crankshaft from Doug Rowe at Crankshaft Specialists In Memphis Tennessee about three weeks ago. To date I have received nothing but excuses as to why I have not received the crankshaft I ordered and that he said he had on the shelf. Doug tells me on the phone that he either A: has sent it today or B: will get it out tomorrow or C: Fed Ex sent it to the wrong address or D: he got it back for one reason or another but will send it or another identical crank out today.
It is now September 11 and today I got a Fed Ex tracking number showing that the shipping information was sent to Fed Ex but not actually picked up. I have sent him a message that if I do not receive the crankshaft by Wednesday, that I will drive the 600 miles to knock on his door, turn him in for fraud and press charges through all means possible.
Be careful about this guy. He has used these same tactics for several years. Why he is not in jail is beyond me.
