After a previous rental, we chose to rent again from company. This time we were charged 65.00 est for a late charge, we were only a couple hours late near close of business for the day. I explained to mgr that we intended to rent 3 more weekends due to my sons travels, and it would make sense to forgo the charge for the sake of customer relations. He stood to make 500.00 dollars from next 3 weekends. He refused and became a jerk. I told him that I wanted to speak with the owner of that particular franchise, he said he was it. Later found out he is not. To date I have kept 3000 plus worth of business from his store.
