Where do I begin?
I saw an ad in the local newspaper for a 2006 ford mustang, a great price and it came with a $500 gas card (still have not received).
The following day I walk in and I am immediately confronted by Danny the salesman, he tries his little one two move on the price. I then present the ad and well, I got the price in the ad which was 2k less then what he was trying to pitch at me.
I follow him inside and take care of all the paperwork. He asks if I wanted a warranty and I specifically said no. I then hung around the dealership for a whopping 4 hrs as they prep the vehicle and the finance manager had time for me to sit with him.
The whole process from this point was going pretty smooth besides the wait and the fact that they forgot to take my car for prep and I had to wait another hour for it after going thru the finance process.
I sit with Paul the finance guy who I later find out ran my credit a whopping five times! He asks me agian if I wanted a warranty and I said no.in all honesty my father in law works for Ford (I know, but he couldnt get me a price this good) and why would I pay for a warranty for an American car from a foreign car company.
We started talking about a down payment. So I wanted him to calculate my monthly payment if I put down $4500 verse $5500. It came out to be a difference of $25-$30 a month. So i agreed to put down 5k ($500 was already paid to get the process started) and my payments would be $290. He then took my debit card to process the money.
Ran into a little snag my bank would not allow a daily process greater than 5k. So he charge only $2500 and said just come back tomorrow and sit with Chris. You can sign the bank papers after they get the other $2500. So I drive away with my new car all exicted and return the next day.
I payed the other $2500 and sign the bank papers. Chris stated he couldnt give me a copy and I would receive them in the mail (which I still do not have). A month later and I receive warranty information in the mail. This POS Paul snuck it into my monthly payments. I made my first payment already not thinking anything of it because it was the same payment of $290 I was told by Paul.
Do yourself a favor and buy American from Americans or better yet just stay away from this dealership. Danny the sales man was cool for the most part, the secretary is a B*tch, Paul and Chris are scammers and liars. They dont return calls or pick up their phones.
Nissan N.A. Is no help either because everything is a franchise but they are in the process of handling my warranty cancellation.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING IN CASH SO THEY CANT RIP YOU OFF!!!
Paul nice try, I hope you choke on Chris's d*ck or visa versa. Next time be a man and dont hide behind your voicemail. Did you really think that I wasnt going to notice your $1500 warrantly b.S.
