Went in for a oil change, came out with $2,500 worth of engine damage

Lets see where do I begin, I know first let me say, "DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE WAL-MART's CAR SERVICING DEPARTMENT." I knew they were a shame when I first took my car in so the tires could be balanced and rotated. After shopping i got in my car and left I immediatly noticed that the car was whobbling uncontrolable and if you let go of the steering wheel it would immediatly roll hard to the right.

Of course, I took the car back the next day, Wal mart did fix the problem; kind of but the car still had a slight whobble from that day. I know you are saying why did you take your car back to them if you did not think their technicians were credible, but I decided to keep getting my car serviced becuase the staff at wal-mart were very cooperative when I had my first problem. But now I am at another cross road, one month ago I had my car serviced by Wal-mart.

They supposedly did the 15 point check, which is change oil, check washer fluid and all that good stuff. About two days ago I am driving home from work and my cars started to make a tapping sound and of course I was curious but I cound't stop to check in the middle of traffic; so I decided to check when i got home which was not far from where I was.

About two miles from my home the cars engine temperature shot through the roof and then the engine just shut down, so I coasted to a stop, got out and I opened the hood and guess what yall... There was no oil, no raidator coolant, not even windshield wiper fluid in the car. How can this be i thought i just had my oil changed and wal-mart should have at least put washer fluid in the car.

I know my oil did not leak out becuase I would have noticed oil spots, and i know that when i took my car to walmart a month ago they did not service it becuase there was not even a drop of washer fluid in the car, something I dont use every day so there should have been at least that in there.

The big problem is I didnt keep the recipt from my last visit, so I cant prove i was at wal-mart a month ago and know I have to buy a new engine for my four year old car, all becuase some one did not do their job. Learn from my mistake take your car to a real shop not some retail store that wants to play mechanic
