Daimler Chrysler Dodge Customer assistance - Jessica Simmons Electrical failure while driving and negligent repair service from five-star Chrysler dealership

I purhcased a 2004 dodge durango brand new. It has had sever electrical problems, which I was assured were fixed while it was still under warranty. I assume the problem relates to some of the electrical recalls. It began with the engine starting and not registering any electricity, so I would have to start it again.in the past and more recently, while driving at 65 mph on the interstate all electrical components (including gauges, dials, and power steering) shut off and I am forced to coast to stop on the shoulder of the interstate with little control of the vehicle. I have to restart it several times while stopped before the electricity comes back.in addition, recently I had my car serviced at Branhaven Jeep dealership in Branford, ct for an oil change and tire rotation. They offered a complementary car wash which I accepted. After service I inspected my car and found a bubble underneath the paint on my left rear side fender. I immediately had Chris (the service manager) look at it to which he replied "The paint is out of warranty". He denied any wrong doing and even after inspecting the bubble with him and showing him that water bubbled out upon pressure on the bubble. I was treated very rude by him and the customer assistant representative Jessica Simmons. There is no doubt these are factory defuncts the result of negligent service and/or production.
Damage Resulting = I have had several other non-chrysler service garages look at it and they all agree with me. I was close to declaring lemon law on the car when the initial electrical components went bad, but I was assured my safety and that they had been fixed.in addition, I did not have the luxury to forfeit a vehicle at the time. The paint bubble is already starting to rust and is getting worse. I am still making payments on the vehicle and Chrysler (Jessica) said "the applicable warranty covering the paint expired after 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurred first and warranty covering the electrical components expired after 12 months or 12000 miles. Therefore, we must decline your request for assistance in this matter." When I expressed my concern about a five-star dealership that is not focused on the safety of the customer (Branhaven Jeep) there reply was to find another service center "We suggest you to contact any other dealership if you are not satisfie d by the service provided by Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge." Not considering the location of the next closest dealership. I have no extra money, I feel unsafe driving my vehicle, and it continues to depreciate more rapid than normal after only five years off the dealer lot. I am at my wits end and would like to pursue lemon law as well as a possible class action suit against Chrysler.
