I bought the truck of my dreams 2007 Toyota Tundra SR5 with 5000.00 down cash! But the dream became a nightmare! Val our salesman lied to us from the beginning, the breaks were bad and they shaved the rotors, the oil had never been changed and the light came on, but they told us it had. The tires two years old when we were told they were brand new. Susan the finance worker shredded our original contract the day before we were to sign, and drafted a new contract with the wrong info and amounts (Higher amount) than agreed. Then sent the wrong contract to VW. Dave the GM was got in our faces and stated I'm not doing anything for you, you can sue!!! Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever. I do not recommend buying a car there at all... There is no accountability and all they do is lie. You never know what you will get when you buy @ Desert VW!
