This auto dealer has treated me very poorly. They sold me a car, and when it completely died (and I mean completely, as in "you need a new engine now") SIX days later, they completely blew me off.
After bothering them repeatedly for some sort of resolution, they agreed to replace the vehicle with something comparable. I wanted my money back, but I felt that would suffice, as I needed a car right away.
They told me it would be a few days for the car to be found and to call back in that time period. I did, and there was nothing. I waited a few more, and there was nothing. So, after that, they kept telling me "tomorrow." I then went there every day for a month with no resolve.
Finally, I just said that I wanted my money back and that was it. But they refused me. They said to be patient, and I felt that waiting two months to recieve a replacement car was patience enough. So I went to the better business bureau who tried to resolve it but there really isn't anything that they can do legally.
So, don't ever buy a car there. After six days, you would think that it would be determined that something was seriously wrong with the vehicle from the start. They told me there was nothing wrong, and that if there was some sort of problem with the car they would fix it for me (within reason). The salesperson was with me the whole way, but the boss, Mr. Jim Doerner, Jr., was a real dumbass. He even went so far as to say he was on his way to get my car, and then had me waiting there for a few hours (he obviously wasn't getting me my car, instead he must have found a case of beer or something to make him forget).
