Outstanding Customer doesn't matte

I purchaased a vehicle from Auto Spec in November. I've been an outstanding customer from december up until june when the first change happened. My payment is $153.99 so i asked for an extension. I was told i could pay half then and the other half on 7/15 with my next payment for a total of $234. On 7/15 i did not make the payment. The company called me on 7/17 and 7/22. Due to an illness i was not able to return their calls. On 7/24 my car was repo'd. I called to find out what happened and they said that i never returned their calls. I stated my illness and a guy named 'Gary' said that i also did not give them my new address. I told him that i moved in May and when i came in their office with an issue with my safety inspection the receptionist informed me that they were getting ready for a luncheon and to write my new address down and she would enter it later. I did as she asked and left never to call back to make sure they had my new address becasue i didn't think it would be that big of a problem. I told Gary that they repo'd me when i was less than 8 days late, i never received any letter or warning in the mail but I did receive a Good Customer flyer. I could not understand why they would repo me then tell me along with the $234 I would also have to pay another $570 (repo fee, etc) to get the car back because they had to hire a skip tracer to find me. I still work for the same company I did when i purchased the vehicle so it was not like I was trying to steal the vehicle and i moved 5 miles away from the old address. I now have no vehicle and I feel very humiliated because I was a good customer making sure to pay on time so that I could improve my credit (the reason for going to this establishment in the first place). I got a 1997 toyota camry for $7995 after financing with $141k miles. That is a rip off but me being new to Houston and not aware of any other place that would be willing to lend to me despite my credit history, I didn't see any other option. I filed a complaint with the BBB and have yet to hear back but I just would not want this to happen to anyone else. I live in Spring and there is no public transportation for me to get to work and there isn't any car or van pools that i've found so far to get me at least to a park and ride. My job is very important to me and I don't want to lose it so I am completely disgusted by the way Auto Spec treated me. I guess the saying is true. Good guys always finish last.
