Suresellautos.com contacted me after I posted my vehicle that I was trying to sale on various sites. The lady that I spoke with was very professional and provided a clear description of the services that she was trying to sell. She directed me to the actual website and walked me through the options that the Gold Package offered. She explained that if I signed up right now I could get the $499 Gold Package at a discounted rate of $399.
The services that I was expecting with my purchase from Suresellautos.com were they would field all calls, offer financing, extended warranties, and free shipping, a nationwide data base of customers, would be posting of my vehicle on 15-20 different sites, a one week auction on E-bay, posting in a magazine, upgrade to the site that I was already posted on, upgrade of all sites to front page postings, etc. All in 3-5 days and I would be able to view or edit my postings through their Account Center. SOUNDED GREAT!!!
After a week and a half, I decided to check the progress and see if there were any views or leads on the vehicle. Through the Account Center I could only access 4 sites and the posting were not front page. The sites that the vehicle was listed on were not the BIG sites that everyone uses. One site only had about 100 cars listed on it and I have never heard of any of the sites.
Naturally, I called Customer Service to see if there was an issue or if a mistake had been made. To my surprise, I reached a recording and had to leave a message. For another two weeks, four phone calls and two emails, I never received a return call, return email and could not reach anyone. Finally, a Service Rep called and explained that everything was being upgraded and they were having trouble with their system. He assured me everything would be posted and running within two days.
By this point I was not too surprised when I checked the account a week later to find that nothing had been done. Keep in mind that after 6 weeks, there were no leads or contacts from ANY customers interested in my vehicle.
Realizing that I made a HUGE mistake in paying for the service (or lack thereof) of Suresellautos.com, I started posting on my own, with my money, on different sites (some of which I was already supposed to be on) and started receiving calls right away.
I could go on and on about all the emails and phone calls that I made and the lack of service or response that I received, but I hope that by now you get the idea of the type of company that Suresellautos.com is.
What it boils down too, is that SureSellAutos.com is a SCAM. They do not meet the expectations that they set on the phone or on their website, Customer Service is hardly existent and worthless when the do exist, and you will be severely disappointed if you buy into their sales pitch.
I will chalk this one up to a loss of $400 due to my trusting nature and expectations that a company will follow through on what they have promised. Don't make the same mistake!!!
