Horrible customer service and treatment at tire department

I'll no further purchase wheels in the Costco Tire division. I've been a faithful client of Costco for all, many decades however the support in the tire division is simply terrible, particularly in the Glendale, Ca area. Lately I bought some tires since my top wheels must be changed. The Costco worker assisting me explained that my rear wheels needed to be transferred towards the entrance and also the fresh collection would need to be place in the trunk. Our previous rear tires are mismatched and so I needed them in which to stay the trunk and also have my fresh tires within the entrance. The worker stated that wouldn't be feasible due to their plan, but that after operating 5,000 kilometers or even more, I really could are available in to get a free turn where time-my fresh tires could be transferred towards the entrance and also the top wheels could be transferred towards the back. Well I returned to Costco after operating around 7,000 miles. The moment I tried explaining why I had been below towards the worker, called Michael Lopez, he cut me down and explained to “show” him in a sharp tone. And so I showed him after which told him why I had been here-one additional time and he flat-out stated he'd not turn my tires. I expected him why don't you and he simply continued stating he might consider my vehicle to examine the tires but he wouldn't turn them. I told him that created no feeling after which he began shouting at me after which explained “I’m completed. I’m not speaking with you anymore.” at this time I informed Lopez to contact the factory supervisor, called Bob Holden to which Lopez stated he wasn’t here today. This explained why Lopez was travelling performing like he possessed the area and talking rudely to clients-his employer wasn’t there. Lastly the store-manager called Ryan came but the moment he did, Lopez went to him and ripped him away in to the storage and talked with him independently for 10 moments, laying to him about when had occurred. Following the 10 units, I eventually got to talk to Ryan but at that time it had been apparent that it had been a lost cause.in either case, I told him what had truly occurred and he “encouraged” me document a using the corporate workplace that we can do next. I've never been handled so poorly like a client. Despite the fact that Lopez won’t enter any actual difficulty, he was still frightened evidently since after I delivered after buying to obtain his business-card, he pretended not to have any left after I had observed a lot of cards about the table before. I also captured a peek of the store-manager Ryan shouting at Lopez for his treatment of clients. I'd found out about bad customer support at Costco tire divisions, especially this area in Glendale, California, but I didn’t believe it may be this poor. Oh was I wrong.
