I ordered an air compressor for my car on * July. I was assured by Dale that if it didn't ship on the 8th it would go out the next day. To make a long story short according to UPS the product didn't get shipped out until the 17th of July. Also according to UPS the company failed to put my apartment # on the product so I'm still waiting for it. I went back and forth with Dale on email until I received this one:
"Here is the deal Kenneth, You can accept delivery whenever it arrives or not, if not I will refund you for the purchase price. You can accept my apology or not. No company would reimburse you for the things you have mentioned. If you wanted a guaranteed delivery time you should have asked and you would have been told that delivery times are estimated not guaranteed. I have tried to be very polite and offer a refund, which by the way is contrary to our policy (read the warranty information), but do not bother me with any more sarcastic remarks I frankly do not need your business. If you want the part keep it, if not refuse delivery."
No profanity was used on my in any of the emails that I sent this company. Dale was giving me the run-around and I called him on it. Needless to say I'm out of $155.00 and still haven't received a part that was ordered on 8 July. One thing though, Dale doesn't have to worry about me shopping at his place of business anymore.
