We were informed the 5 year guarantee paint-job was for sale, we invested $1500. Whenever we got the documents, they'd changed it towards the 4 year guarantee, and stated the table individual had created an error. The color began raising in six months, ripping from the aerial, plus they got color about the remaining taillight. Whenever we got it in, the person in the table was rude and argumentative. We went to check out the vehicle, and from the length he noticed a chicken spot onto it and stated, nicely, that is your condition. I mentioned no, that does not have something related to what I do want to demonstrate. I told him I believed the vehicle wasn't properly prepped for artwork, since it was raising, and we're able to begin to see the previous color underneath the component which was cracking from the aerial. He was however argumentative and rude, and stated nicely it is under guarantee why have you been worrying? There is no reference to satisfaction within the function and that it willnot be performing that, or apology. Subsequently, for your color about the tail-light, he explained he could not do something about this. He was an entire idiot, and that I do not recommend ANYONE going there. I wont actually visit another Maaco, since I doubt if they are much better.
Overall, this location is rude, and declines liability for their errors. STEER CLEAR should you benefit your vehicle and cash.
