I called in to inform us fidelis that my transmission was out, mary tells me to take my car to any shop as long as they where a.S.E. Certified. I took my car handed them my paper work. The machanic call me a week later and told me he couldn't get anyone on the phone. I called the company back and got mary again and 3-wayed her to the machanic he tolded her what was wrong, so she would turn it over to the claim adjuster and they would get back to him. To make a long story short i ended up paying $1500 out of my pocket to get my car fixed.
