I made the payment in August via bank transfer and since then I phoned them several times and emailed them a lot telling them that I haven't receive any thing from their end, and if they can provide me with the shipment reference number to track it but no answer just promises.
Nowadays, I'm trying to email them but no use. I do not know what to do now or how to get my money back. Even if the amount is not that big, but the fraud action I've been victim off is pessing me.
So, the shipping processes of Shoreline's Inc is the one which needed to be supercharged to stop frauding customers or at least to do their part of the deal.
