Selling Falsly Certified GM cars! Scam artists!

My husband and I recently purchased a GM Certified 2004 Chevy Malibu from Buck Chevrolet in Canal Fulton. They are a bunch of scam artist! When it came time to sign the papers they brought in a smooth talking guy that introduced himself as Jeff, the paper work guy. They added extra charges to our financing, and when we questioned them about it the paper work guy told us, "I don't know what that is, I didn't work your finances." We later found out that our paper work guy is the general manager of the store! We were also told that banks no longer allow monthly payments; they require bi-weekly payments. We told them we did not want bi-weekly payments, and we were told "too bad". After getting home and looking over the paperwork more in depth, it was an equity group that the dealership made money off of that required the bi weekly payments! My husband contacted the bank and was told that they do not require the extra charges or bi weekly payments! Upon contacting the dealership we were once again told, "Too bad papers are already signed." We also did not receive copies of all of the papers that we signed. When we asked for them we were told that we had received all of the copies that the customer needed. The day after buying the car, our air conditioner condenser went out! It was charged at the dealership because of a whirring noise it was making, which temporarily fixed the problem. Then my husband found a broken pulley on the tensioner unit. The dimmer switch fell out of the dash board on the way home from the dealership. It was broken and had been glued in! Our key less entry didn't work properly. We also found that there wasn't an owner's manual in the vehicle! When I called them I was told it was not required for GM Certification. And we just found out that the power mirror switch that was missing when we bought the car, and were told would be covered under our warranty, is not covered under our warranty but should have been done under the GM certification! When contacting the dealership I am told, " We'll get back to you." That evening we obtained a copy of the GM certification check off list requirements. There were six items that were faulty on our vehicle that passed inspection and should not have. When I finally received my call back from the salesman, one day, five hours and three calls later, I am told that they will not reimburse us for paying to have the mirror switch replaced. Our salesman, Nick Huff, said the he was not paying for work done by another dealer. I said that it should have been fixed before it was ever put on the lot, in which he replied that no one knew it was broken. What a liar! Who is going to miss the fact that the mirrors aren't able to be adjusted, especially since the car had been in their lot for 9 months! I also brought up the owner's manual being required for GM Certification and he once again lied to me and told me it wasn't required even though I have the proof right in front of me! They are falsely certifying vehicles and people need to be aware of these scam artists before they lose money to them also!
