Fleetnet America was called by a trucking company in Louisiana when a windshield wiper became loose. A technician went to the truck stop and screwed the bolt in tighter on the windshield wiper and that was it!
Fleetnet America charged the trucking company $343.53 for screwing in the bolt! It was repaired at 6:00 P.M. And was a one hour call total time spent (driving, etc.). This is outrageous and should not be allowed to happen!!!
Literally highway robbery! Be careful if you use this company or check the price they are going to charge you first!!!
