Error on report

I've two from HSBC which should not be on my statement.

1. Is for my child lap-top which he's spending money on Not Me! He's sent a $350 cost recently and another togo out over the following 2weeks.

2. Is HSCB for my spouse vehicle, by which they stated she didn't have car insurance and cost her for this. We submitted paper-work towards the proven fact that we've insurance. Was told this could come off the statement and contains not. Please take it off
