Advantage Truck Sales - Richard F. Enright
Unpaid commissions, shorted repeatedly, wrongfully charged for expenses, fraud!

I worked as an independent contractor buying and selling trucks for Richard Enright - Advantage Truck Sales. He has repeatedly shorted me on my commissions, paid them to others, charged me for his expenses and personal charges on trips etc, when I had nothing to do with them. I quit doing business with him a little over a month ago and because of it he is refusing to pay me a penny of the thousands of dollars he owes me on commissions and all of the money he shorted me over time. He has ignored all of my requests for my pay. I am a single Mother and now struggling financially. MY HARD WORK put many thousands of dollars in his pocket. On these deals he was to pay me thirty percent of profit. His portion is seventy percent. He won't pay me at all.
