Allstate claims dept. Pay out other auto from accident that was 9/1/07, which pictures and police said that there was no damages noticed. Three months later the Claims dept of Allstate finally looks at the car on 1/24/08 and believe that the bumper assembly was a little off, that awards the claimant 1,400 hundred dollars.
I believe because it already pass three months Allstate Claims should had not given that amount without notified me the Insured. Now the result is that my premium
went up, because of this claims man not doing his job right. I am now being ripoff by my Insurance Company, and having a hard time to find better Insurance Premium.
