We bought an atv-93 for my daughter's birthday april 16 and paid a $100 rush delivery fee to have it here for her birthday on april 26th. The salesman steve berry guaranteed me and my husband the atv could be within sufficient time before her birthday. The atv was her birthday gift that never came but still even today july 1 havent received the atv. I've named, my husband has called but still nothing. I'm so upset we reside in ky and my daughter can only ride for a few to a few months before it'll be too cool on her to really benefit from the atv. I'm angry about that and really hurt for my daughter to however not need her atv. I'm on the fixed income and that i have saved for over annually to buy this atv and my daughter's heart is damaged. I'ven't been permitted to consult with any manager or any organization brain responsible for the company and that i have requested. I obtain the same reaction, "the atv however was not shipped." well following a month or two actually our 8-year old cannot think this. Please when there is anyone who will help or knows of somebody who might help, please let me know. I do not wish to cause this steve berry any kind of issues with getting into trouble with his administrators, i just want my daughter's atv. Please someone if u-can help me!!!
