I called the company to let them know when I would be making my payment and I verified my address and told her everything is the same and hasn't changed. The b% hung up on me! How rude! Why bother to even call them?
They sure bother you and call you enough! I don't even answer the phone. They are a real problem at work. People can lose their jobs over their BS.
