Alamo: Why Cost me a concealed Charge?
Between May 10th and could 24th, I hired a Ford Focus via a vacation company in Costa Rica, from wherever I originate from (turhokeanos.Co. Cr) with ALL-INCLUSIVE in Orlando Florida.
Everything was good, till they cost an additional $123.53 "Carefree Personal Safety" (CPP) that we NEVER purchase.
Appears to be that the rental broker in the Orlando Airport Terminal determined that I required these insurance, but she never ask me for that, the one thing she mentioned was: do you want agps in Spanish? I responded: I don’t require a GPS in Spanish. And she published the bill and created me signal with my initials.
Easily purchased an ALL-INCLUSIVE PACAGE towards the travel company, why I'll require one more CPP??? And That I informed her: provide me-only what's contained in my reservation.
What I believe is, she's obtaining a excellent fee, promoting "accessories" that clients do not purchase, do not require and have no idea are spending.
I would like to ask you: would be the First and last period, I actually rentacar with ALAMO?
