South Motors Volkswagen took a month to fix my car which I have never even HEARD of happening before. They never provided an estimate, were rude to my warranty company, and were completely non-communicative. I called my Service Provider "Mike" almost every day for a month because when he said he would call me back to give me an update, he didn't. After dealing with Mike for three weeks I finally went to the Service Manager, Vasil, and left him voicemail after voicemail but unfortunately received the same response - NOTHING. When all was said and done they never even apologized for the inconvenience! When I went to pick up the car the drivers side door was DESTROYED! I have since opened up complaints with them with The Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/), The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (http://www.800helpfla.com/complnt.html), and Miami-Dade Consumer Services (http://www.miamidade. Gov/csd/). If they have wronged you be proactive and constructive and contact these agencies as they exist to assist consumers like us who have been wronged!
