I worked at Ressler Motors for one and a half years in their collision center. Ressler motors company handbook says that they encourage growth within the company well that is a lie. When I was working for them I would ask lots of questions to try and learn all that I could so that I could be an asset to the company. When ever I would try and watch what someone was doing or ask a question they would just ignore me and walk away. I would try and go talk to the Human Resources manager about this and she would d noting, I thought that her job was to enforce the company policies that are in their handbook.
]As for dave payne the manager of the bodyshop he would only talk to me when he wanted me to do something, or when something was wrong. He is as worthless as tits on a bore.

]No matter who I talked to manager wise from one of the human resources manager to one of the owners nobody wanted to correct the issues with how the managers treat their employees. I am not the first one to quit for the way that. I was being treated. I would not let even my worst enemy apply for a job at ressler motors.
