Operator Todd Berkowitz and salesman Matt Knezevic conspired to cheat me (and possibly many more) out-of an "operator loyalty refund" promoted from the seller. This deceptive exercise couldn't be anymore obvious: the seller plainly promoted a $500 refund about the purchase of the new Subaru Outback Activity for current homeowners. At purchase Knezevic required the info, and frequently assured me that anything was "ready". After weeks of waiting, and having Berkowitz inform me the check may appear quickly (including "it'll be shipped today"), I've gotten nothing. Possible customers must beware — obviously the dog owner (Berkowitz) encourages and condones an illegal company tradition that attempts to cheat (of course if feasible defraud) clients. There are lots of different sellers in the region, at Manchester Subaru you are getting your odds.
