During the last week of october, i contracted with Sean Lilley to replace the clutch in my vehicle. He took my car, my money, and the clutch kit i purchased for the vehicle and disappeared. I have recovered the car, but the clutch kit (and some other parts of the car) still remain missing.
He has failed to appear in court on criminal charges relating to this matter three times, and as he is working as a snitch for the carteret county sheriff's department, the local law enforcement seems to be reluctant to lock him up.
He has been locked up previously for domestic violence and drug charges (information i did not have when i contracted with him to repair my vehicle) and also has a six-year-old daughter with down's syndrome, whom he neither sees nor supports.
