Took over 90 days to give me a refund and are extremely rude

This company is obviously a mom and pop organization. They are extremely rude, there is no supervisor when you ask for one and you only speak to one woman every time you call and she is NOT FRIENDLY! I still have not received my refund. Every time I call to ask for information I'm placed on hold. I'm at the point I think an attorney needs to grab their attention.
